FORA is a B2B platform that helps teams turn scattered feedback—from meetings, Slack, and customer convos—into actionable insights tied to OKRs and business goals. At Fora, I redesigned the insight tracking experience, streamlining how teams create, review, and align around strategic updates.

Challenge

Film Forum showcases classic films, but newcomers often struggle with where to begin exploring.

Approach

Design a platform that introduces users to key film movements and landmark works, offering a clear and engaging path into film history.

Principles

Make film history more accessible, structured, and engaging through intuitive navigation and curated content.

The original insight detail page was a wall of text. Giant paragraphs, unclear structure, and a long, unscannable list of source links. It was hard to quickly grasp what the update was about or what needed action.

I created a Weekly Insight Summary section that gives users a quick snapshot of what’s happening this week. It sits at the top of the page and highlights the main themes before diving into specifics.

Below the summary, I broke the individual updates into interactive blocks, sorted by sentiment. Each block includes the title, sources, and a linked timestamp. The color-coded design makes it easy to scan and prioritize.

To help users zoom out and see the bigger picture, I added an interactive timeline just below the individual updates. It visualizes how insights are trending across the quarter, grouped by sentiment.
